We won the protected bike lane on 1.5 miles of Bedford Ave. in Bed-Stuy! Now we want to build the foundation of a safe cycling network in the neighborhood and protect the remaining 8.5 miles of Bedford Ave.

Queens Residents Demand Safe Pedestrian and Cyclist Access to Ridgewood Reservoir
We demand that protected bike lanes and wide, clear sidewalks be established along Cypress Avenue from Cooper Avenue to Cypress Hills Street and Vermont Place from Cypress Avenue to Highland Boulevard, and that an MTA bus stop be added at the Ridgewood Reservoir at Highland Park.
